Wow. This is it in a gold leaf nutshell. MAGA’s president. A craven trash heap of a “man.” Brilliant piece, Tom.

I saw a video of him stealing some gold scissors he liked.

If it's not nailed down, he automatically thinks it's his.

And if by chance it is nailed down, he removes the nail, steals the item, and leaves the empty nail for someone else to throw away.

Like the presidency.

Somehow, that doesn’t surprise me.

What is this story? You saw it happen?

So, you don’t believe it? The smell has been reported upon, ad nausea, secret documents found, his daily hair fix reported by his daughter, his facial tanning reported by a staffer who left after his January 6…AND HIS FAST FOOD RELAYED BY HIM. Wake up.

Would all you people just do the simple thing.of googling if there is proof of trump being inappropriate with young girls.

Tom Wellborn's avatar

Here is a brief summary of the documented allegations specifically involving minors or young girls, drawing from credible news sources. Trump has denied all of these.

Statements on record

In a 1992 video, Trump was quoted telling two 14-year-old girls singing in a youth choir, "Wow! Just think -- in a couple of years I'll be dating you."

Quartz

A 1992 Entertainment Tonight video also surfaced in which Trump can be heard making comments about dating a young girl in 10 years.

CBS News

Miss Teen USA dressing rooms (1997, 2001)

Five former Miss Teen USA contestants told BuzzFeed News in 2016 that in 1997, Trump unexpectedly walked into the contestants' dressing room while they were changing. Mariah Billado recalled him saying "Don't worry ladies, I've seen it all before." Victoria Hughes called it "the most inappropriate time to meet us all for the first time. The youngest girl was 15."

The 19th News

Similar, numerous accounts emerged from contestants in both 1997 and 2001, when Trump owned the pageant.

NBC News

Miss USA dressing rooms

Mariah Billado and three others told BuzzFeed that Trump walked into the Miss USA changing room as participants (all teenagers) were getting dressed. Tasha Dixon, Miss Arizona 2001, told CBS News: "There was no second to put on a robe or any clothing. Some girls were topless. Other girls were naked."

Quartz

Civil lawsuit alleging assault of a minor

A civil lawsuit filed under the name "Jane Doe" alleged Trump sexually assaulted a 13-year-old at Jeffrey Epstein's residence in 1994. The suit was withdrawn before the 2016 election; no criminal charges were ever filed and no court found the allegations proven. This remains contested and unverified.

I can provide a much more comprehensive list if that's really what you want.

Charles J. Gibson's avatar

By his own often dubious, shocking, and unethical conduct, words, and decisions over an 11 year period, Donald Trump demonstrates he may be suffering from an observed malignant narcissism. While not codified as an official mental health diagnosis in the DSM 5 or ICD 11, malignant narcissism is a theoretical construct used by psychologists and psychiatrists to describe an especially severe, dangerous form of narcissism.

He also shows observed evidential behavioral patterns that resemble frontotemporal dementia. Frontotemporal dementia (FTD) is a group of disorders caused by progressive degeneration of the frontal and/or temporal lobes. It can lead to adverse changes in personality, behavior, language, judgement, impulse control, and executive function. This progressive degeneration can manifest itself in impaired judgment, impulsivity, rigid insistence, disinhibition, and difficulty with long range planning.

Additionally, Donald Trump appears to have no internal or external guardrails to quell further behavioral events caused from FTD or malignant narcissism. It is observed that he himself has limited ability to avert his conduct, words, and decisions that result in negative outcomes. Also, White House officials, and those in his inner circle, appear to have no influence to reason with his choice of conduct, words, and decision making.

The combination of these observed mental health issues, malignant narcissism and FTD, integrated with no guardrails, could make Donald Trump a dangerous liability to the office he serves and to our country at large.

-This information sourced and condensed from discussions and interviews by clinical and teaching psychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists throughout the country.

In my opinion, of all the items you describe, the changing of the White House makes me the most angriest. Trump is a tenant in the White House and only then, for a very short period. The White House belongs to the American people and they should of had a say in whether they wanted it changed or not. Furthermore, the building was under The Historical Authority - to which Trump, never got permission from to change it, but that is Trump - taking what he wants, all empowered.

The changing of the gardens, planted by a woman who understood the legacy of power, who lovingly planted trees and roses to improve the outward appearance - it now looks like a carpark. The gold gilding everywhere, that is Trump showing his money and not the understated opulence Jackie Kennedy had designed - it is gaudy and horrific, No-one could tell me this is all in the interests of the American people, it is in the interests of a man who continually thinks he owns everything he sees, continually takes from people and never, ever, gives anything back to anyone. So self indulgent, intolerant and such a self-mockery.

Elizjteacher's avatar

Our White House will need to be fumigated… no… gutted from the inside out once he gets kicked out. The entire landscaping will have to be replaced; the East Wing rebuilt; every single federal building, statue around DC restored; and if/when the godforsaken ballroom is built… that will have to be razed. So, Mostly cosmetic stuff…The damage to our country, on the other hand, will take Decades to heal. The damage to the world will never be fully recovered. How can one man, singlehandedly have been so devastatingly destructive? He’s a narcissistic, sadistic, sociopath who needs to be Gone.

Dr. Linda Hackett's avatar

Hello

I fully understand your about anger and I am not American but have lived there. Yes, the damage to America, both inside and out. Neither damage is going to be easy to fix.

Inside of America, even if the Democrats win the midterms, the debt in your country is now so much, much more than your GDP, it takes more of your tax dollars to pay for than anywhere else your tax dollars could go. America has even been down graded by international credit agencies.

The damage that has been done outside of your country - that is going to be harder to fix. Countries have gone and made other trade arrangements and alliances because they could no longer rely on America, it was unstable and no one person or country, knew where they stood. This will be much harder to fix.

Dave NZ's avatar

Spot on Linda. I think when he was elected the first time the narrative was 'He was an aberration. Americans were dissatisfied with establishment candidates and wanted to try something else'. Now they have come back to their senses and elected an establishment candidate (Biden)'. But when it happened again and Trump 2.0 is an order of magnitude madder and more vicious and dishonest than Trump 1.0, the prevailing thinking outside the US has become: 'This country is bonkers. Unstable and cannot be trusted. Enemies have become allies and allies have become enemies. Time to limit exposure and walk backwards slowly whilst saying nice things'. And yes, I am not an American but that is the vibe I get from the outside looking in.

Dr. Linda Hackett's avatar

Hi Dave,

I totally agree, for all countries that have relied on the Administration of America.

Lynn's avatar

He should be made to pay the cost of razing the ballroom and rebuilding the East Wing. He had no right to do it!

Dr. Linda Hackett's avatar

No,, Trump did not have any right, no historical right no people of the United States right and no building permit right - he is a tenant - and yes, knock the whole thing over and replace it with the original building that was there in the first place.

Von717's avatar

Absolutely

The destruction of our country was not done single handedly. He has had help since before 2016. This "takeover" has been planned for at least 15 years by Miller, trump, judges, Congress people, ignorant maga people, even members of our militaries!

Dr. Linda Hackett's avatar

Hi Michele,

Totally agree with you - this has been planned for much longer than people think, the military is suppose to be Apolitial so I cannot make claims there but as for the rest of it, the White Supremacists, the Evangelical church, Judges, Congress and a lot of other people. Trump will never hand over power.

Kathryn Zaremski's avatar

Dr. Linda Hackett's avatar

Hi Charles,

I agree with both of the diagnoses of Trump, malignant narcissist, for which he has displayed for many years, well before his presidency and dementia, he reminds me of my father when he got dementia and once you have seen it, you can never unsee it again.

But Trump has never been able to plan long-term, has always had an abrasive personality, is misogynistic, has never had impulse control, is one of the most unethical and immoral business man of his time, and his judgement has never been good.

My personal thoughts, get rid of him before he damages your country irrefutably, he has already done so much damage.

By the way, I am not a Doctor in the medical sense - I have 3 PhD's, one of which is in Political Science.

k Morris posthac melius erit's avatar

I agree! The Rose Garden hit me hard. But to wake one morning to the demolishing of the East Wing without any permissions and based on what? His trip to France that inspired him to imitate Versailles and the Arc de Triomphe without any understanding of the history. It's for the French to preserve their legacy not for Trump to make an 'It's a Small World,'mini putt ripoff. Maybe he should have checked out the second Lady Liberty statue there. The French sent their magnificent gift of the grand Lady Liberty that stands with her beacon to the world as a way to honour America for the freedom and the democracy that the nation had achieved. The French represented their own desire to achieve that same democratic freedom by creating a second, smaller Lady Liberty.

And all Trump saw was the superficial glitter that was the very justification for American democracy and distaste for kings.

He is a foolish creature lacking a curious mind, a serious mind, and insufficient intellect or integrity for the position of President.

America! Chose your best as your leaders! Not the guy that lies the best! Do your duty to return the Republic to the Constituition! Vote BLUE 💙💙

The White House, the reflecting pool, the Kennedy Center, the Arc de Trumph, the Claw and the birthday cage fight, the sabotaging of America 250 in favour of "Freedom 250"—those are all just distractions from his imperialist wars on other countries, and his destruction of the sides of the USA that the world admired; its attempt at democracy, individual freedom, constitutional law, equality, diversity and inclusion.

All the grass was destroyed and it was going to cost hundreds of thousands to restore, so he decided to divert that money and create a helipad up close to the House. I'm sure it was too hard for him to continually have to walk on that grass to get over to the helicopter. Now it will be closer, as will a big, round piece of concrete, right below the balcony.

Clever use of words, except for "trailer park" reference. Please, let's not go there with maga verbiage. We are above that.

Ok he’s all that too but other than all of everything and a few things nobody mentioned he’s a good guy. ;-)

You are being facetious, right?

Patricia moriarity's avatar

Sounds to me you and others like you are part of the problem.

John Kloc's avatar

I was being facetious

Look that’s the way some rich people are. True story… years ago when I was in graduate school one of my peers was a woman named Christine. I was new in the program so I thought it a good idea to have a make your own Taco party at my apartment. Christine arrived at my party with a date. She never introduced me to her date. He was a bit older than the rest of us and during the party sat off with Chris to the side. My other guests were in and out of the my kitchen making their tacos and having a good time. I walked into my kitchen and saw Chris’s date making himself a taco. In front of me he took a bite and spit in out on my floor. Naturally I asked this dude what he was doing. He said nothing nor did he apologize so I asked him to leave my party. Then Chris came up to me and said “do you know who is is?”. Well I didn’t. Then she told me he was a Mellon family member… ‘Nough said!

Christopher Mellon is the only decent Mellon I know of!

I hope you asked her if she thought you cared.

The really troubling thing is that over 77 million people voted for this planetary waste of space and oxygen after they saw his first act. What’s that say about America?

Tom Brosseau's avatar

Precisely. I heard it said that America isn’t the way it is because Trump is president, rather Trump is president because America is the way it is

John Kloc's avatar

We are not the country we thought we were

First correspondent to go to the heart of it. Sad thing is you have to own him Americans

Michele Handley's avatar

Nope! I might have to admit he was a president, but I will never "own" him!

Margaret Mohan's avatar

A few years ago I was in Europe (The Netherlands), and someone at the next table asked me, "So how do you like your president?" I reared back and said, "He is not my president."

John Kloc's avatar

I have to put up with him. If I owned him I’d put him on the first tramp steamer to Timbuktu

Judith A Powers's avatar

They wouldn't take him!

Margaret Mohan's avatar

Exactly, John. Donald isn't doing this by himself--the contractor showed up with his bulldozer at 4 am to take down our East Wing, Mike Johnson bows and scrapes, Milania hasn't started (public) divorce proceedings....

Pammu's avatar

Well that’s in doubt. How many did Elon buy ?

Donna Machado's avatar

It’s not America who did this. It’s the stupid Maga people and all the other corrupt people with him plus on top of that he rigged the election, and there is proof of it. There were districts that were added to states that did not exist and fake votes were put into these districts, which, of course were for him. It was done in many states.

What word can you use to describe Trump that’s POSITIVE??

There isn’t ONE.

Not ONE.

Not to mention his wardrobe. The disheveled, ill-fitting, unbuttoned, unhemmed suit. The overly long tie...and more. 🫣

Carole Weintraub's avatar

Extra long tie is to create the illusion of a slender body. How’s that workin?

Lynn's avatar

I thought it was to evoke thoughts of oversized genitalia… which I doubt is the case.

Stormy answered that question. It's a little mushroom.

I only disagree—and at that not strenuously—about one thing. I think his decorating aesthetic is more akin to a Queens funeral parlor. You know, the kind that specializes in Mafia funerals. A good deal of his aesthetic looks to me like “Godfather” movies.

Otherwise, spot on! Brilliant breakdown! And I laughed myself silly. 🤪

I have to say “follicular engineering” made me spit my morning blueberry smoothie all over the counter and my I-phone. It caused my phone to go blank and it was a bit of time before I could Lysol the whole area and get it back to Substack! God love you ❤️

“Trump is a slob”. You could have stopped right there.
