One thing that was missed in the story about not going to the French cemetery was that the rain was a mist. It was not a downpour, it wasn't even truly raining. It was what the Irish would call "soft." If you stood outside in it, you wouldn't really get wet; your clothes (and importantly for Trump) and hair would get damp.
