Update 9/22/2026: Corrections. Merged six duplicate entries (Kathy Ruemmler, Peter Mandelson, George Mitchell, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Eva Andersson-Dubin, and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who appeared twice under two names). Removed the names of people identified in the records only as victims, and of the four employees immunized by the 2008 non-prosecution agreement, to match the policy of The Epstein Files: A Working Matrix. Removed private individuals whose entries described no role, and entries the source itself said were not Epstein-related. Removed two entries that repeated unverified accusations against people with no documented Epstein connection. Moved survivors who have spoken publicly under their own names, and the public officials in the fight over the files, into their own sections. Updated titles and outcomes that changed since February, clarified that the David Stern in these records is not the late NBA commissioner, and completed one entry that had been cut off.
Update 3/9/2026: Added 20 more names and sorted by relevance.
Update 3/8/2026: Added 20 more names.
Update 2/26/2026: Added 23 more names.
I used Python to automate the mass download, indexing, and database construction for Epstein datasets 1 through 12, then spent weeks querying, cross-referencing, and digging through the material. These are my findings, with one major warning: the records are heavily redacted, the archive is enormous, and this is almost certainly only the outer edge of a much bigger story.
The names are ordered by a review score generated from my document database. That score weights how often a person appears across the files, how often they show up in relevant snippets, and how strongly they connect to patterns like repeated contact, scheduling, or higher-risk context. In plain English, the people surfacing most often and most meaningfully in the records rise to the top.
Appearing here is not an accusation. A name in a contact record means somebody had a phone number or a meeting. Where an entry says “the posts claim,” the characterization comes from the compiled material and has not been independently confirmed. For what the released records actually establish, sorted by evidentiary tier, see The Epstein Files: A Working Matrix.

Summary
The Epstein network revealed in these files cuts across politics, finance, technology, media, science, and entertainment. Names appearing in the records include political figures (Ehud Barak, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Peter Mandelson, Tom Barrack), financiers and bankers (Les Wexner, Jes Staley, Howard Lutnick, Glenn Dubin), technology leaders (Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Peter Thiel, Reid Hoffman, Bill Gates), media and cultural figures (Dick Cavett, Peggy Siegal, Michael Wolff), academics and scientists (Lawrence Krauss, Richard Dawkins, Steven Pinker, George Church, Larry Summers, Deepak Chopra), and entertainment figures (Woody Allen, Kevin Spacey, Brett Ratner, Harvey Weinstein).
What ties these individuals together in the documents is not celebrity but access. The files repeatedly show how Epstein moved through elite circles by leveraging people who could open doors, introduce him to powerful networks, normalize his presence in influential spaces, or benefit from his wealth, hospitality, or connections.
Some entries describe routine social contact, while others involve far more serious allegations. The matrix reflects how individuals appear within the documents themselves. References to misconduct or abuse should be understood as allegations reported in the source material unless independently confirmed elsewhere.
Donald Trump appears frequently in the dataset and in multiple social and allegation contexts referenced in the compiled material. Claims about how often his name appears in the files depend heavily on the dataset being analyzed and how documents were indexed, deduplicated, and searched.
This matrix is not meant to be exhaustive. It is a structured index built from millions of documents using automated search, name extraction, and scoring to identify the individuals most frequently referenced in the records and the relationships emphasized in those documents. It is a research tool designed to help readers navigate a sprawling archive that no single person could realistically review line by line.
Update:
https://tomwellborn.substack.com/publish/post/210470041

Epstein seemed to have a number of different initiatives
1) money hiding and laundering for billionaires
2) child procurement and trafficking for
-personal gratification, -entrapment and kompromat
-master race genetic breeding experiments
3) alt right world domination, AI/media
4) cover-up
I wonder if it would help to classify his connections according to these different (but linked) initiatives?
E.g, I’d like to see the web of contacts associated with child procurement for, and conducting of breeding / cloning experiments.
